Status: TEMPORARY part-time (30 hours/week) – 1-year maternity leave contract * possibility to work more hours by adding training follow-ups
Work hours: Monday to Friday (variable between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.)

The impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together
The kinesiologist is responsible for evaluating patients’ physical condition and providing them with recommendations and documentation as part of their annual preventive health assessment or intermittent follow-up appointments.
Here’s how
- Work with patients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Evaluate patients’ physical condition (VO₂ max, FMS, CSEP, body composition via bioelectrical impedance analysis, etc.)
- Administer resting and exercise ECGs
- Administer pre-employment physical tests at the occupational clinic
- Advise our clients and prepare recommendations relating to their state of health
- Stay up to date with continuing education as determined by TELUS Health
- Complete personal or team projects each quarter
- Be able to intervene appropriately in case of emergency
- Stress and resting ECG for the cardiology clinic
- Creation of training programs and follow-ups with patients
Qualifications
You are the missing piece of the puzzle
- University diploma in kinesiology, physical education, human kinetics or exercise science
- 1 year of relevant experience
- French/English bilingualism (spoken and written) is essential
- Excellent communication and people skills, good judgment, analytical abilities and proactive attitude
- Autonomy, ability to work with minimal supervision, team spirit
- IT and computer knowledge
- Ability to handle stress and unexpected situations
- Interest, motivation and sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills, professional presentation and strong sense of customer service
Great to have
- Experience supervising exercise ECGs
- FMS certification
- Experience with EMRs (particularly Medesync)
- Specialization in occupational physical examination
