We are looking for someone who:
 

  • Has deep expertise architecting and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, traditional and next-generation mediums
  • Is a flexible and curious self-starter, habitually exceeding expectations and naturally pushing boundaries
  • Utilizes the power of data to inform decisions, loves problem solving and is driven by getting things done
  • Is a compelling communicator, persuasive storyteller and a big thinker: strategic, critical and creative
  • Has an understanding of the health ecosystem in QC
  • Is capable to navigate a world that comes with regulations and compliance 
     

What you will be doing:

 

  • Develop strategic marketing plans and go-to-market strategies to grow the business nationally and ensure a high customer satisfaction and engagement 
  • Building, executing, managing and reporting on strategic lead generation and engagement program 
  • Developing integrated marketing campaigns to drive adoption and utilization of an advanced and unique virtual health service
  • Working with business partners to accelerate the promotion and the delivery of the service
  • Creating and delivering measurable programs that are increasingly personalized through analytics and marketing automation programs, in addition to traditional mediums including solid knowledge of Account Based Marketing 
  • Developing customer communications programs for prospects and users, with a central focus on building a solid customer journey and experience
  • Collaborating closely with the Brand, Marketing automation, Digital, Events and Communications teams, as well as our vendors to ensure programs are delivered on time, on budget and on target
  • Collaborate with the Market research team to deliver on qualitative and quantitative customer research for effective programs, insights and positioning
  • Maintain information on the competitive landscape and work with the product team to propose products that are adapted to the Customer/user need or requirement while limiting impact or potential break into adoption
  • Leading quarterly planning, monthly dashboards review and marketing performance analysis 
     

Required Experience and Education:

 

  • Minimum of 7 - 10 years of experience including a mix of B2B and B2C marketing communication role
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or comparable education/experience - MBA is an asset
  • Experience in Health technology, telecom, IT or health sectors is a strong asset
  • Experience in establishing processes for lead generation, including knowledge of best practices for setting up nurture flows
  • Experience with Account based marketing
  • Strong messaging and presentation skills with a flair for storytelling 
  • Bilingual English/French considered an asset
