As a member of the National Implementation & Data Migration team, you will:


  • Provide the LT team with reliable and insightful reporting and analysis, strategic leadership, and enablement support. The consultative, analytical, and process-driven approach will promote informed decision making, eliminate waste, improve productivity, and boost team member engagement
  • Work closely with the Implementation and Data Migration LT, Collaborative Health Strategy & Operations team and Finance Team to prime month-end activities and prepare monthly reporting packages with clear and concise analysis and commentary
  • Lead the end-to-end monthly forecasting and annual budget cycle based on sound financial principles and strategic insight for the Impl & DM team
  • Partner with finance, Impl & DM LT, internal business unit primes, and key stakeholders to prepare executive level monthly business level presentations
  • Complete ad-hoc analysis as required to aid Impl & DM LT and key stakeholders to make informed business decisions
  • Collaborate with Impl & DM and BU primes to foster business ownership culture by enhancing information sharing, drive primes to be more accountable for financial results, and participate in decision making
  • Develop and prime comprehensive balanced scorecards for the Impl & DM team
  • Identify and implement process improvements

  • Strong leadership, problem solving, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Regarded for your exceptional communication skills and comfort presenting to an executive audience



  • University degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering
  • Consulting background will be considered an asset
  • MBA will be considered an asset
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant analytical experience in a finance/accounting, and/or consulting position 
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, MS Office Suite, with in-depth knowledge of MS Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Strong time management, problem solving, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-driven, and autonomous
  • IT Operations/Development management/enablement experience an asset #LI-Remote
