We are the Salesforce team! We are a group of 25 passionate individuals committed to create the best CRM for the Collaborative Health Team (750+ user) using Salesforce. We have a strong technical team that strive to implement the right functionality using the latest Salesforce features, covering the end-to-end process of the Collaborative Health Team. Over the last 10 years, we have developed a Salesforce Org with a lot of functionality using Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, CPQ (Order and Contract), Custom Project management, Field Services, Training, Service Cloud with Knowledge Centric Support (+250 users) as well as Customer and Partner Community Portals. We also have several integrations to other software and systems. We use the agile methodology and a continuous delivery process for all of our development work.

Here's the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together
As a Senior System Quality Analyst, you will work with the Scrum team (Solution Architect, Technical Lead, Developers, Business Analysts) to support the testing of solutions on the Salesforce.com platform. Primarily using Salesforce.com (SFDC) and PROVAR, you bring a higher level of quality to our deliverables, and drive continuous improvement in our development processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Creating testing strategy
  • Testing all aspects of a Salesforce organization (in Lightning), including data, functionality and business processes;
  • Performing unit testing for each user stories, as well as full end-to-end regression testing before each release
  • Developing and updating test automation scripts using PROVAR;
  • Performing Salesforce system administration to setup environment for testing;
  • Utilizing software QA principles and practices including test planning, test strategy, and test matrix design;
  • Integrating complementary applications and helping to design and support ongoing development of Salesforce.com to meet the organization’s mission;
  • Identifying, assessing, and recommending SFDC solutions


The qualified candidate must have:

  • 7+ years Salesforce testing experience;
  • Experience working on end-to-end Salesforce projects;
  • Knowledge of test automation procedures and tools;
  • Knowledge of the architecture of Salesforce.com objects and entities like Page Layouts, Standard and Custom Objects;
  • Experience of SFDC Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Knowledge management, Communities and Chatter;
  • Understanding of databases and data integration tools;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong analytical skills;
  • Mentoring juniors, overseeing code quality and evangelizing best practices;
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a geographically distributed team;
  • Experience working remotely with proven ability to be productive and deliver quality work in a remote environment 


  • Bilingual (French and English) both in written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge with the business flows around selling, delivering and supporting custom software
  • Knowledge with Agile processes
  • Knowledge of JIRA
  • Certification in QA or Salesforce Certification
