Here’s what we can accomplish together.


Reporting to the Manager, demand generation and customer marketing, the successful candidate will help us turn business objectives into winning campaigns and create highly personalized customer experiences. The successful candidate will leverage marketing technology to play a critical role in developing, executing, measuring and optimizing marketing campaigns for new customer acquisition, upsell, retention and user engagement. This demand generation expert is a self-starter, innovator and natural collaborator, comfortable working with an extensive network of stakeholders within and outside the marketing team (including product management, sales, and other key stakeholders) and external partners.





You’re the missing piece of the puzzle:


  • Experienced in planning, creating, managing, executing and optimizing email and other types of campaigns across various channels to generate pipeline
  • Creates impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates 
  • Monitors and reports campaign performance with detailed tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to clicks, website visitors, downloads, leads, lifecycle journeys, sales opportunity/pipeline and other metrics
  • Makes data-driven decisions and has the ability to turn insights into actionable plans 
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple initiatives, projects and campaigns with competing priorities
  • Is comfortable balancing demands and negotiating with different internal and external teams who have overlapping interests and goals
  • Problem-solver, action-oriented and driven by results
  • Creative innovator with a collaborative attitude




  • Post-secondary degree with a marketing emphasis
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing (technology or health sector is a strong asset)
  • Practical experience with marketing automation software, preferably Marketo
  • Marketo certification an asset
  • Salesforce and/or Salesforce marketing cloud experience an asset
  • Strong project management capabilities with proven attention to detail
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Strong marketing copywriting skills
  • Strong competency in Microsoft applications and Google Suite
