Play a critical role in our digital transformation and software platform strategy!

Driving an exceptional customer experience is at the heart of what we do within the Partner Solutions Predictive Analytics & Customer Excellence (PACE) Team. We work with telecom carriers, value added resellers, managed service providers and software based platform providers from across the world! Our mandate is to ensure that TELUS Partner Solutions is at the forefront of innovative software based platform industry developments that will drive growth for TELUS domestically and internationally.

Our digital transformation strategy and journey to 100% customer self-serve is fundamental to driving our growth or the coming years and our goal is to continue the rapid growth rate we’ve seen over the past few years. You will join our high-performing Digital Transformation team covering all facets of the business, including, but not limited to product management, marketing, business enablement, operations and sales. You’ll will work in a highly collaborative environment to execute on strategic projects that support the digital transformation journey and deliver an intuitive self-serve ordering experience to our Partners. 


As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead system evolution, automation and process improvement in the fast-paced digital world of Partner Solutions.  

 

Here’s how

 

  • Gather requirements from stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess, prioritize and deliver solutions and data insights to inform critical business decisions
  • Lead special projects, deep dive business analyses/ investigations and other ad-hoc analysis. Present insights and conclusions, with your business owner mindset, to key stakeholders to support informed decision making
  • Pivoting as required by leadership to meet critical needs of the business and team
     

You're the missing piece of the puzzle

 

  • You have extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of TELUS products and operations 
  • Known for your analytical expertise and data driven approach, proficient in connecting the dots between various data sets to drive conclusions. 
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skill, proficiency in Google Suite, working knowledge of tools such as Tableau
  • Strategic and innovative mindset, with a structured approach to analysis and the ability to articulate business rationale to support recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to do process improvement and process re-engineering
  • Known for your relationship building, teamwork, interpersonal and project management skills, you bring teams together and adapt to, and manage, changing and conflicting priorities
  • You see the bigger picture of the problem you are trying to solve, and will proactively explore new data points from varied sources to complement your analysis
  • Self-starter, with the ability to self-motivate, prioritize, and independently execute assigned work/projects
  • Love to solve ambiguous problems, and have the capacity to thrive in a fast-moving, intense, yet rewarding business environment

 

Great to have: 

  • Experience in call centres and/or operations
  • Experience in an Agile environment
  • University degree (preferably in business) or equivalent
