Description

Join our team*

We are a small but mighty national team at the forefront of one of TELUS’s most exciting and fastest-growing channels - the Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) space. Our MDU Centre of Excellence brings together strategy, marketing, channel enablement, and operational excellence to unlock growth across multi-dwelling communities from coast to coast. We thrive on curiosity, ownership, and collaboration - working cross-functionally to design smarter ways to engage residents, empower our frontline teams, and accelerate performance. If you’re someone who loves connecting dots, building things that scale, and hearing the words “let’s do this!” - you’ll fit right in.

Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together*

As our Strategy Manager, you’ll be a central driver of the MDU channel’s growth - owning a broad, high-impact portfolio that spans marketing integration, omni-channel engagement, stakeholder governance, and channel performance. You’ll connect strategy to execution, aligning innovation, data, and cross-functional collaboration into a cohesive national approach that creates measurable results. If you’re someone who can craft a compelling executive story just as easily as you roll up your sleeves and dig into the details, this is exactly where you belong.

Here's how

  • Own the customer journey, collaborate on the Ground Game Strategy, facilitate a premier customer service experience from end-to-end, and create repeatable playbooks for local teams
  • Serve as the operational backbone, propelling the entire MDU program forward. This involves proactively collaborating on key issues and developing innovative solutions to potential challenges
  • Champion MDU stakeholder alignment and governance, ensuring clear priorities and providing structured updates to senior leadership
  • Own end-to-end performance management, from funnel visibility and leadership reporting to scorecards and accountability frameworks
  • Build and maintain reporting infrastructure and dashboards to translate complex data into clear narratives for strategic and operational decision-making
  • Champion the MDU program with regional Falcon go-to-market teams to guarantee cohesive strategies. This includes aligning on offers, event participation, training initiatives, and go-to-market pilots

Qualifications

You're the missing piece of the puzzle

  • 3+ years driving measurable outcomes in strategy, program management, or channel enablement across complex, cross-functional environments
  • Fully bilingual
  • Manages by influence, using a positive, curious attitude to connect strategic vision with effective execution
  • Exemplary communication and storytelling skills; proficient in crafting executive narratives and engaging working teams
  • Outcome-oriented and organized; adept at prioritizing, pivoting quickly, and maintaining focus
  • Strong analytical instincts: translate data into decisions, business casing, financial modelling, capital management, build dashboards, and present actionable findings

Great-to-haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or a related field
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry or in a channel that involves residential real estate, property management, or MDU environments
  • Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Tableau, Google Sheets, or equivalent platforms
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns, supporting channel enablement, or cross-functional program execution
