Team Mission: We are committed to providing exclusive and personalized benefits to our customers. By developing an innovative loyalty program, we aim to reward our audience's loyalty with exclusive content, special events, and unique promotions.


Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Operations Support:
    • Winner Management: Track, contact, and coordinate with contest and promotion winners.
    • Platform Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of the loyalty platform through regular updates and troubleshooting of technical issues.
  • Preparation of Promotional Activities:
    • Planning and Execution of Promotional Activities: Collaborate with digital and marketing teams to design, plan, and execute effective promotions.
    • Performance Tracking: Analyze promotion results to continuously enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Inventory Tracking: Manage inventories of rewards and prizes available to customers
    • Supplier Coordination: Work closely with suppliers to ensure product availability and quality

Skills and Qualifications Required:

 

  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and work harmoniously within different teams
  • Technological Skills: Proficient in technological tools and digital platforms
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions to improve processes
  • Previous Experience: Experience in inventory management and/or operational support is an asset
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, in French and English
  • Inter-departmental Collaboration: Ability to work as a team member and collaborate with diverse departments

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Degree in marketing, business, operations management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in inventory management, operational support, or digital marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to guide strategic decisions
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, in both French and English, with the ability to develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and senior leaders
  • Ability to adapt to an ambiguous and constantly evolving environment
  • Understanding of business processes, technology, telecommunications, and general business and financial acumen

 

 

Salary Range: 
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:
