If this describes you, the Field Inventory Management team awaits you. TELUS Supply Operations purchases, manages and distributes all materials and services for our company from infrastructure to consumer mobile through over 1,000 points of presence and direct to our customers. We are transforming how we deliver service to our customers and creating a competitive advantage leveraging data and automation.

The Supply Chain Support will play a critical role in supporting the day to day operations of our business. Playing a pivotal role in releasing robust customer facing capabilities and supporting a broad range of stakeholders.  You will also be an integral part of a team supporting the end to end logistics flows for all lines of business.


What you’ll do


  • Interlock with all supply chain teams helping troubleshoot and solve root cause issues
  • Connect with leadership at multiple levels to demonstrate the plan, explain capabilities and the business outcome
  • Engage a broad range of stakeholders ranging from Mobility & Home Solutions Marketing teams to Infrastructure engineering to seamlessly fulfill TELUS product where and when is it needed
  • Align business requirements around process changes and communicate to impacted stakeholders
  • You will have broad supply chain knowledge allowing you to solve complex business problems in a standardized manner
  • Collaborate across large stakeholder groups making sure all requirements are understood and aligned to
  • You will be constantly learning new technologies and how they could be leveraged at TELUS


What you bring


  • You have a minimum 2-5 years of Supply Chain, Operations, Management Consulting or general business experience
  • You demonstrate experience and working knowledge of SAP including S/4 HANA, Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM)
  • You have superior relationship management skills, with an ability to quickly establish rapport with leaders, peers, and working teams
  • You have the ability to re triage priorities in a constantly evolving landscape 
  • You have excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to synthesize complex concepts
  • You have end to end knowledge of supply chain management, across both Forward and Reverse logistics flows
  • You have hands-on experience building and executing detailed test cases covering the end to end product flow
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in ambiguous situations
  • You create order out of chaos by asking tough questions and clearly communicating
  • You possess the ability to work at the 1 foot and 10,000 foot level while thinking in systems
  • You are empathetic and can understand a problem from the users perspective
  • You are a fast learner who understands the business and the systems/processes needed to deliver




  • Previous experience with a full SAP upgrade lifecycle
  • Experience in an agile environment designing and deploying frequent MVP releases 
  • SAP Certifications
