TELUS Supply Operations purchases, manages and distributes all materials and services for our company from infrastructure to consumer mobile through over 1,000 points of presence and direct to our customers. We are transforming how we deliver service to our customers to create a lasting advantage for our customers.
Your new team leads the inventory planning, supply and management for TELUS’ consumer businesses including wireless mobile products and in home TV, Internet and Security services.

TELUS continues to invest in the growth of our Security and Automation business nationally for residential and business customers. Working to provide the best experience and value to our customers we continue to improve all aspects of the Procure to Pay and Service process.
This role within Supply Operations owns the demand planning function for our Security and Automation business. Your success will come from working closely with our team and engaging stakeholders across the business. How we do things is just as important as what we do.
Here's how
- Work with TELUS’s Security & Automations teams on System enhancement
- Work with TELUS’ Supply teams on Process improvements
- Work with various teams to Automate Purchasing and Inventory functions
- Support the evolving product portfolio from a supply chain and inventory management perspective
- Use your reporting and analytical skills to provide insights which will drive supply chain and financial planning decision making processes
- Proactively engage stakeholders to understand business strategies and objectives
- Drive and deliver transformation
- Be a direct point of contact for the team and will own and grow the business
You're the missing piece of the puzzle
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills. Able to provide insights from data and communicate these effectively to all stakeholders.
- 5+ years experience in senior supply chain planning roles or supply-chain related roles.
- Demonstrated achievements in identifying and implementing business process improvements.
- Confident in engaging a broad set of stakeholders and collaborating with all levels of the leadership team
- Proven influencing and communication skills
- Project/Change management experience
- Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Operations management, Supply Chain Management or similar
Great-to-haves
- MBA
- Supply Chain certification such as APICS, CSCP or CPSM
- Hands on experience with supply chain systems such as SAP or AS400
- SAP WM & MM experience
- Modern BI platform experience (e.g. DOMO or Tableau)
- Training and Development/Coaching experience
