FOCUS is expanding its team and is looking for a technical services dispatcher. As a Technical Services Dispatcher, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for resolving technical requests from our customers.




  • Be responsible for the resolution of customer technical queries
  • Schedule repairs, installations and deliveries with customers, according to performance goals
  • Manage technician and subcontractor schedules with associated resources
  • Validate units and features with technicians
  • Validate subcontractor work orders and invoices
  • Manage the return of substituted or returned equipment or accessories
  • Manage technician material resources
  • Validate with customers the quality and timelines of work performed by technicians and subcontractors
  • Perform database updates





What you bring


  • Excellent command of English and French (oral and written)
  • Experience in technical services coordination
  • Computer literacy
  • Sense of initiative and resourcefulness
  • Good communication skills with clients (diplomacy and firmness)
  • Positive and committed attitude
