The Clinic Operations Coordinator –is a key part of the TELUS Health Occupational Health team as they are responsible for a variety of duties that keep us running smoothly and efficiently.


Here’s how


Duties & responsibilities include (but not limited to):


  • Document Control
  • Proofread and edit documents, work instructions, policies, etc for spelling, grammar and formatting errors
  • Time entry
  • ISO Quality Management
  • Reporting
  • Organizing and facilitating a variety of meetings
  • Meeting minutes
  • Running, analyzing and preparing reports/statistics
  • Liaise with other Team Members to ensure data entry errors from reports are corrected in a timely manner
  • Cross-training with other administrative roles to ensure clients receive smooth, end-to-end service during team vacations and absences
  • Other administrative support tasks (including special projects), as directed
  • Working collaboratively and effectively with all team members

  • 2-3 years of progressively responsible administrative experience, preferably in the medical field
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay organized, take initiative and prioritize workload
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Strong analytical and interpretive skills 
  • Ability to work independently but also as an active member of our team
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize, and demonstrate a sense of urgency in
  • completing time-sensitive tasks in an efficient manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exposure to Cority is an asset
  • Experience with ISO 9001:2015 is an asset
  • Experience with Document Control is an asset
