This team provides project management, training, support and workflow analysis to TELUS Collaborative Health Record (CHR) clients and to our TELUS Health Electronic Medical Record (EMR) clients.

As a stellar Learning Specialist, you will own the task of preparing and delivering Collaborative Health Record (CHR) implementation training to physicians and other clinical staff in medical clinics across Canada (territories to be assigned as per business requirements).
Here's how
- As an Ambassador of our Solutions, you will:
- Contribute to the design and delivery of training events and learning solutions, using all mediums including in-class, e-learning, virtual facilitation, and blended
- As a Design Specialist, in collaboration with stakeholders, you will:
- Design, develop, assess, update and implement scalable and reusable learning solutions, using multiple tools and methodologies to meet business objectives
- As a Trusted Learning Advisor, you will:
- Communicate all curriculum updates and changes to facilitate the delivery of relevant courses
- Collaborating with stakeholders and business partners to develop learning solutions that align the businesses needs with training objectives, making recommendations on non-training related solutions as a value add
- As an Expert in your Field, you will:
- Coach and mentor other Learning Specialists
Qualifications

- Instructional design skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Assessment capabilities
- Project Management skills
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
- Must hold valid driver’s license
- Post-secondary diploma/certification
- 1-3 years of equivalent training experience, combined with exposure to an EMR
Great-to-haves
- Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA)
- Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) certification
