Description
About the Channel Technology and Sales Strategy Team
The Channel Technology and Sales Strategy team drives GTM effectiveness through innovation at the intersection of systems, people, and processes. We explore cutting-edge solutions, optimize sales workflows, and build strategic frameworks that empower our sales teams to operate at peak performance.
The Impact You'll Make
As a Technical Product Manager (Prototyping) — or as we call it, a "Vibe Coder" — you'll be the orchestrator at the center of our Sales Technology Team, commanding AI agents to build functional prototypes that solve real-world friction for Sales, BI, and Marketing teams.
You will personally build rapid prototypes that Sales, BI and Marketing teams test and iterate on immediately, solving friction across our core pillars: Leads, Opportunities, Sales Telephony, and Conversational Intelligence. Your prototypes will go from concept to user feedback in days, not months—you'll see ideas tested, refined, and iterated on in real time.
This is a "Hands-on-Keys" role. You're expected to build functional prototypes yourself—but you're not writing every line of code from scratch. You command AI agents to handle the heavy lift of the software, while you focus on the product logic, the user interface, and the overall "vibe" of the solution.
How You'll Do It
-
Own the end-to-end prototyping lifecycle for our core pillars (Leads, Opportunities, Sales Telephony, Conversational Intelligence). You own this autonomously—from identifying friction to shipping a working prototype—but you'll collaborate closely with BI, Sales, and Product teams on discovery and feedback loops. You're the maker in charge, not a ticket-taker
-
Shadow Sales, BI, and Marketing teams to identify real-world friction points, then translate their verbal needs into structured logic and functional designs.
-
Personally develop functional prototypes using AI-native development environments, commanding LLMs and agentic workflows to generate the heavy lift of the code
-
Collaborate with our Agentic AI Sales Team to plug Gemini-powered summaries and real-time data into your builds
-
Prioritize speed and flexibility to create proof-of-concept models that can be tested, refined, and iterated on instantly based on user feedback
-
Document the logic, prompt architecture (the structured prompts and agent workflows that drive the AI), and design decisions to provide a clear technical "north star" for traditional engineering teams to eventually harden into production
-
Conduct testing and validation to ensure prototypes meet functional requirements and solve the original user "pain" before hand-off
Qualifications
You're the Missing Piece If You Have This Profile
Must-Haves:
-
You're a Maker with an AI-First Mindset: You're hungry and eager to experiment. You aren't tied to "legacy" ways of working and prefer finding the shortest path to a working demo. You're excited to experiment with new tooling, accept ambiguity as you build, and prioritize speed to working demos over perfectly structured code
-
You understand the fundamentals of logic and code: You have experience with Python, JavaScript, or equivalent—enough to know when the AI is right and when it's hallucinating. You can "read" code fluently even if you "write" it via AI. (Depth in one language is sufficient; we don't require fluency in both.)
-
You're a Product-First Thinker: You care more about solving the user's problem and reducing their admin time than about the specific syntax of the code. You've gathered requirements directly from end-users (Sales, Marketing, or other business teams) and translated their needs into technical designs or prototypes
-
You're an All-Star Communicator: You can translate a Sales rep's or Marketing's vague request into a highly specific technical "vibe" that the AI can build. You're comfortable interfacing with non-technical stakeholders and turning business problems into technical requirements
Nice-to-Haves:
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a technical field (or equivalent hands-on building experience—self-taught engineers, bootcamp grads, and career-switchers with proven building experience are welcome)
-
You've built functional prototypes or proof-of-concepts that went from concept to user feedback within 1-4 weeks
