You are a charismatic natural leader with a flair for bringing out the best in your store managers and their teams! Your ability to flex between leading teams and maximizing store performances will ensure success as you oversee multiple stores across the South West Ontario and Maritimes area. Furthermore, you will showcase your creative and collaborative nature as you work with sales and channel teams to rollout industry leading marketing programs and events.
 
 

Here’s how

 

 

  • Drive sales and service objectives while coaching, training and developing team’s sales skills
  • Create and maintain a culture that promotes employee engagement through support, recognition, training and performance management
  • Bring an entrepreneurial spirit, encouraging Store Managers to look outside their store and get involved within their communities through events, volunteering and networking
  • Foster a relationship between the stores and support team and identify opportunities to increase profitability of stores
  • Analyze the results, budgets and staffing of stores to ensure optimal productivity and return on investment
  • Assist with the execution of overall sales, service, marketing, advertising, pricing and distribution strategies
  • Ensure changes are thoroughly and smoothly implemented within your retail locations
  • Monitor competitive activity
  • Implement corporate policy and procedure
     

 

Qualifications

  • With a minimum of 2 years of experience managing multi-unit locations and/or senior management experience
  • Recognized for your track record of leading and developing engaged teams
  • Passionate about best-in-class customer experiences
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Confident in leveraging your business acumen skills
  • Skilled in problem solving and analysis
  • Praised for cultivating relationships
  • Known to be a creative thinker
  • With a valid driver's license and vehicle

 
 

Great-to-haves

 

 

  • Project Management experience
  • Experience with retail management systems and inventory systems (e.g. SAP)
  • Active involvement within the community

 
This opportunity entails frequent travel to all stores and includes adhering to retail hours of operation.
