We are looking for an experienced individual with clinical experience who will work with our dynamic Clinical Quality Team. We’re at the heart of patient experience and building best practices, improving processes and delivering positive outcomes for patients using our MyCare virtual care.

Play a role in improving the quality of healthcare!

Here’s how

  • Work closely with the Quality Medical Director and the Clinical Quality Team to build new systems and processes around patient complaints and investigations
  • You will initiate the investigation and provide resolution for quality of care complaints
  • You will audit medical records and participate in weekly clinician quality meetings and help develop quality standards for our multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • You will be an internal liaison for our French and English team to escalate issues or barriers and manage work-streams to meet deliverables and deadlines and develop patient facing communication in French and English





You’re the missing piece of the puzzle

  • 3+ years of clinical experience in primary care
  • Experience and a good understanding of the Canadian health care system as well as a Bachelor of science degree in nursing (RN)
  • Known for your ability to bring people together, to communicate in a positive way and resolve issues
  • Recognized for your ability to jump in and solve problems, identify options and alternatives and ensure patient satisfaction is exceptional 
  • Noted for your ability to work on multiple processes, projects at once, organization is top of mind to keep everything running smoothly
  • Ability to respond professionally and positively to patients in writing in both French and English 
  • Ability to work on sensitive issues, keeping confidentiality top of mind 



  • Experience and interest in quality assurance/improvement and risk management preferred
  • Passion for learning and innovation; solutions-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Open-mindedness, forward thinking
