As a Project Manager II, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of software projects for our enterprise clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact, bridging the gap between external stakeholders and internal technical teams. Your ability to manage scope, mitigate risks, and drive execution will be key to delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

 

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison between enterprise clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business needs
  • Project Planning & Scoping: Lead the initial discovery, define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and establish key milestones
  • Execution & Delivery: Manage project timelines, dependencies, and resources to ensure successful project completion
  • Risk & Change Management: Identify risks, proactively mitigate issues, and manage changes effectively to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution and alignment
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve challenges that may arise, ensuring a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach
  • Project Communication: Maintain transparent and structured communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes

 

 

Qualifications

 

You are the missing piece of the puzzle

 

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience
  • University Degree in Commerce/Business, Health Care Management, Computer Studies or a Pharmacy Technician Diploma with significant work experience preferred
  • Healthcare Ecosystem experience preferred
  • Strong background in managing enterprise client projects, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical execution
  • Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
  • Experience managing project scope, budgets, and risks while ensuring on-time and high-quality deliver
  • Proficiency in project management processes and tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Attention to detail
  • Bi-lingual in French and English required

 

Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.

Salary Range:  $77,000-$115,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  12%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, experience and location. Additionally, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
