What YOU Get to Do:
Manage special projects, support essential capital planning exercises and lead ongoing market and sales cycle analysis. Specifically:
- Work collaboratively to support Capital budget processes, track progress towards defined business cases and facilitate corporate reporting
- This includes annual budgeting cycles, monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and identification of risks in spending and planning.
- Support sales territory and key account analysis and analytics to identify opportunities, and support overall sales planning and forecasting
- Lead multiple strategic streams of projects and analysis
- Develop & manage project plans and analysis end-to-end, from ideation through planning and execution
- Monitor project status, manage issues and risks, and adjust plans as needed
- Provide regular status updates and presentations to stakeholders
- Collaborate key internal and external business stakeholders and technical resources
- Efficiently communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and project progress
- Document end-to-end business workflows and operational support processes
Qualifications
What YOU Bring:
A Professional Designation/Certification:
- A graduate or undergraduate degree in business administration, health or a related discipline or relevant experience
Required Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst in pharmacy, healthcare and/or technology industries
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google productivity tools
- Experience collaborating across multiple stakeholders to achieve insights and outcomes
- Experience and/or willingness to learn intricate capital planning, forecasting and reporting functions enabling critical technical resources; strong financial and business acumen is an asset
- Strong communication skills
- Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Capacity to make sound recommendations to key stakeholders

Advanced knowledge of English (French would be a benefit) is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.
