About the Role — Business Analyst II
As a Business Analyst II, you will play a key role in providing strategic guidance and personalized support to our external clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients make the most of our services and applications, ensuring they fully understand the available tools while meeting their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to external clients, guiding them in the optimal use of our services and digital tools
- Understand clients’ business needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, IT, product, etc.) to ensure consistent and effective responses to client requests
- Participate in analyzing and documenting business requirements, processes, and operational rules
- Support change management initiatives, including user training and communications regarding new functionalities
- Contribute to service improvements by identifying pain points, opportunities, and areas for optimization
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Education and Experience:
- Post-secondary education in health sciences or business administration (preferred)
- Experience in group insurance, especially in pharmacy benefits, extended healthcare et dental (preferred)
- Pharmacy experience is considered an asset
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
- Strong client orientation and ability to build trust-based relationships
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to influence and support organizational change
- Strong sense of organization, autonomy, and priority management
- Ability to adapt to complex and evolving environments
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (advanced level)
Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.
