The AI, Cyber Security and 5G Industry Applications Digital Transformation Partner Hub Enablement team is the driving force behind the onboarding and supporting of partners to deliver unique products and services that complement our TELUS core services in support of our strategy. As a trusted advisor, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating and our Partners and Sales team. You will be responsible for supporting the creation of Statement of Works and Change Orders which are pivotal to ensuring that our Partners are compliant with the services they are providing on behalf of TELUS to our Customers. We are looking for a team player who has experience managing partner products and services in alignment with our TELUS Enterprise and Public Business business objectives.
What you’ll do:
- Gain an understanding of the partners and products supported by the team
- Record and manage all Statement of Works and Change Orders in the team work tracker
- Be a liaison between sales and the partner
- Review each partner quote to ensure that the cost pricing is in line with the partners’ MSA
- Create customer facing quotes for sales ensuring that the correct markup has been applied
- Review all partner SOWs ensuring that the work that will be performed by the partner is clearly documented.
- Create customer facing SOWs utilizing the work outlined in the partner SOW
- Review partner Change Orders for accuracy and create customer facing Change Orders; sendto sales
- Review partner Delivery Acceptance Form (DAF) for accuracy
- Maintain updates to master SOW templates
- Facilitate DocuSign all of required documents between TELUS and various partners
- Upload of all documents to the appropriate folder on the team Google Drive
Qualifications
You are the missing piece of the puzzle
You are likely in a similar business analyst role today, with many of the following abilities and experience points:.
- You are French-English bilingual, able to assist with business activities in the Quebec region
- You have five or more years of industry experience, with at least three years of experience in product operations or process improvements
- You are comfortable interacting with multiple TELUS business units
- You are known for your attention to detail, clear communications and time management
- You have experience working with partners/vendors, sales channels and end users / customers
- You are a regular, expert level user of Microsoft and Google applications
Great-to-haves
We are especially motivated to connect with individuals with one or more of the following:
- Knowledge of or interest in learning about Cyber Security, Managed Services and AI solutions with a focus on Enterprise and Public Sector business customers
- Experience in contract management
- Financial experience
Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will on a regular basis interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.) as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.
