Description

Join us at an exciting inflection point as Partner Solutions expands into high-growth wireless markets, driven by the explosive rise of MVNx (Mobile Virtual Network operators and aggregators) with global reach. We're the wholesale connectivity team that enables TELUS to partner with businesses around the world, delivering the solutions that power their success.

As a Business Analyst II, you'll be at the intersection of strategy and execution—a trusted advisor and catalyst for change on high-visibility projects that leadership actually cares about.

This isn't a role where you wait for instructions. From day one, you'll own initiatives end-to-end, working alongside cross-functional teams who value your insights and depend on your expertise.

What You'll Do

Drive Strategic Impact

  • Lead end-to-end business analysis for Partner Solutions projects that support our strategic objectives

  • Champion customer experience improvements by identifying business impacts, conducting gap analysis, and driving operational excellence

  • Own your work from discovery through delivery, ensuring measurable outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction

Collaborate & Deliver

  • Define requirements and facilitate working sessions with cross-functional teams

  • Support new product launches, service development projects, and customer escalations with a solutions-oriented mindset

  • Apply Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies to deliver results in fast-paced environments

  • Work directly with customers on onboarding and training initiatives

Analyze & Communicate

  • Gather and document business requirements, process flows, and system specifications

  • Analyze complex data using advanced Excel, visualization tools, and analytics platforms

  • Create compelling presentations and recommendations for stakeholders at all levels

  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training to ensure successful adoption

Who Thrives Here

You're someone who gets energized by complexity, not overwhelmed by it. You're equally comfortable diving deep into data and presenting to senior leadership.

Experience & Technical Skills:

  • 1-3 years in business analysis, product delivery, consulting, or comparable role

  • Telecommunications or service delivery industry experience (strong asset)

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite products

  • Experience with collaboration and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro)

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an asset

  • Understanding of business systems, fulfillment processes, and integration points

  • Advanced knowledge of English is required, because you will interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.) and  interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.), as part of this position's main responsibilities, given its national scope.

Education & Credentials:

  • Post-secondary degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • IIBA (CBAP/CCBA), PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are assets

Core Strengths:

  • Analytical Excellence: Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail

  • Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences

  • Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities

  • Ownership: Proactive mindset with accountability for results
