Your Impact


As a key member of the Sales Operations team, you will collaborate with strategic partners to revolutionize our sales strategies in Ontario and the Prairies. Your role will involve providing advanced analytics, valuable insights, and unbiased recommendations to empower our stakeholders and leadership teams in making informed business decisions.


Your Responsibilities

 

  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns within the sales channel and ensure their successful completion within set timelines 
  • Evolve our social media program that will drive high quality conversations between the sales team and our customers
  • Develop new presentation templates and content for internal and external presentation to sustain high engagement across our strategic priorities
  • Support our communication plan with the sales team
  • Foster a data-driven decision-making culture and implement cutting-edge analytical processes to enhance operational efficiency in sales territory design and account coverage.
  • Manage and report on sales KPIs, targets, actuals at various levels within the organization.
  • Lead strategic projects and develop innovative tactics to analyze raw data, derive insights, and drive sales objectives.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights for stakeholders, enabling them to address business challenges effectively.
  • Cultivate collaboration among Reporting, Marketing, and Sales teams to drive alignment and success.
  • Communicate complex analysis results in a clear and concise manner to a diverse stakeholder audience.

Required Knowledge

 

  • Strong Communication and executive storytelling skills
  • Proficiency in developing Social Media strategies
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Suite, including working with large datasets, formulas, vlookups, and pivot tables.
  • Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Deep understanding of sales cycles, KPIs, and calculations related to sales performance.
  • Familiarity with telecom business models, measures, and metrics.
  • Ability to generate database-driven reports as per stakeholder requirements.

 

Required Experience

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or Communication.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analytics or sales enablement.
     
Salary Range:  $80,000-$120,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
