Here’s the impact you’ll make & what we’ll accomplish together:


You will play a key leadership role in the planning, development and delivery of strategic initiatives to support the business objectives of Smart Security and Automation. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic initiatives which includes customer experience strategy, team member experience strategy and planning, business strategy and transformation planning, organizational/integration strategy and change management working in and across our end-to-end Smart Security & Automation business. You will identify business opportunities and work with various business units and cross-functional teams to assemble and present options and recommendations to capitalize on these opportunities. You will help define, communicate, and implement our strategic plan(s) and work closely across the organization to ensure the success of the broader organization. The ideal team member is a passionate, results-oriented thought leader who has experience in management consulting, strategic planning, and executive storytelling. This individual exhibits a high degree of flexibility, is curious to learn, and thrives in ambiguity and complex problem solving.

  • You give meaning to data with proven analytical abilities: business modelling, forecasting and market assessment
  • You are a flexible communicator/influencer in all directions with a passion for storytelling, synthesizing complex business dynamics into a compelling narrative for executives
  • You are thrilled to learn every day from every walk of life 
  • You see team in every decision made




  • 5-7 years of work experience in developing strategic plans, securing executive support, and driving the execution of the recommended course of action
  • 2-4 years of work experience in major consulting firm
  • Post-secondary business degree or Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree
