As part of the TELUS Health Business Agile team, you will represent the TELUS brand and values, playing a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer growth and retention objectives by delivering on high-profile sales projects. This role involves reaching out to business owners, working with TELUS Marketing and enablement partners, generating interest through campaigns built on business intelligence, qualifying leads, and closing sales. Additionally, you will ensure the profitability and customer experience of TELUS Health customers, functioning as a direct overlay to our existing territories with a rolling targeted lead strategy. Your core objective is to migrate, grow, and retain customers while driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities, ultimately improving Likelihood to Recommend.
What you’ll do
- Create new business opportunities and leads for the TELUS Health sales team
- Prospect, research and hunt for new logos in an assigned territory
- Driving discussions about product and solution value to win net new revenue Identify client needs and propose appropriate products/services
- Providing updates to senior leadership through regular and/or ad hoc performance reports, resourcing requirements, issues/resolution recommendations
- Provide feedback to marketing and sales regarding potential challenges in our business, opportunities, and competitive insights
- Effectively create, manage and close a funnel of opportunities and sales operations utilizing the power of Salesforce
Qualifications
What you bring
- A related post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills
- Experience in B2B Sales and Customer Service roles, and the ability to negotiate mutually satisfactory solutions for TELUS and the customer.
- Strong knowledge of IT technology and Health Industry is an asset.
- Bilingual (English and French) is an asset
