We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Small Business Partnerships team—someone who can bridge the gap between strategy and ensuring an exclusive customer experience. You aren't just looking for the next lead; you’re looking for the next strategic channel and the best way to tell our story through it.The bottom line? We’re looking for a salesperson who thinks like a marketer. 

 

What You’ll Do

 

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of partnerships that serve small business owners. You will be responsible for supporting long-term, strategic growth through partnerships, market expansion and lead generation. Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Build & Manage Portfolios: Identify and acquire new partner organizations, managing the relationship to ensure long-term mutual growth
  • Drive Marketing Strategy: Design and execute go-to-market plans, from offer communication and sales readiness to implementation
  • Influence Stakeholders: Secure buy-in from internal leaders and external partners to keep complex projects moving toward critical milestones
  • Master the Pipeline: Manage portfolio performance by optimizing lead generation tactics and driving high-impact conversion strategies

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. Salary Range:  $51,000-$95,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  $20,000-$60,000
