If you are looking to grow and develop your talent and experience, then as a driven, passionate individual accountable for moving our system and product launches forward, you will lead and support a broad variety of tasks related to system and product design. You will be accountable and responsible for analysis and management of requirements specific to new product launches and maintenance of our existing products.   • Planning and analysis activities
    • Requirements Management
    • Work closely with Business Analyst to ensure continuity from Business/Product Requirements to System/Product Functional Requirements
    • Expertise in creating clear and detailed Use Cases and System Functional Requirement documents
    • Create user stories based on requirements (Business/Product Requirements)
    • Collaborate with product teams to validate Functional/Technical requirements and design specifications, including user stories
    • Understand the customer journey, pain points and work closely with cross-functional teams to continuously provide enhancements to the product/system
    • Defining the integration to other Products and/or systems with respective and data flow (data sources)
    • Own and manage the product support backlog, balancing dependencies across multiple platforms
  • Technical development activities
    • Drive and implement an automation-first model using best-in-breed technologies using data, AI and ML
    • Drive collaboration across multi-disciplined teams towards implementing on our product roadmap and our technical solutions 
    • Interpret and manage product requirements to produce quality design and system documentation
    • Use ‘hack-a-thon’-like effort to prove out ideas
    • Collaborate with testing teams to create, run and coordinate test plans, conformance plans & test strategies
  • Support the implementation and transformation of systems, products and tools to ensure smooth enablement
    • Develop material for and host demos with different stakeholder groups
    • Support system and product launch activities such as developing and documenting operational processes 
    • Support identification of key success metrics, analyze the results of product changes, and communicate results and next steps to cross functional team members 
    • Consult with internal and external customers in a highly complex technical environment, often translating technical issues to non-technical audiences

  • Bachelors level in relevant field
  • 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst
  • Multi-year experience in a technology heavy space with a strong understanding of cellular technology
  • Knowledge/skills with common programming languages/technologies
  • Experience working in an Agile environment 
  • Strong team player and lot of interest in taking on new challenges 
  • Desire to work in a dynamic, fast-moving and highly engaged environment 
  • High level of engagement, initiative and critical thinking/problem solving
  • Strong presentation skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to interact developer team and a variety of stakeholders 
  • Enjoys focusing on finding solutions rather than listing problems 
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and synthetic way
