What You’ll Do
As a Communications Manager supporting the Customer Solution Delivery team, you will be responsible for strategizing, managing, and producing communications for our frontline technicians. You will be a key part of the Governance and Change Management team, collaborating with cross-functional teams and business partners to deliver impactful communications that inform, engage, and inspire our team members.
Specifically, you will:
Communications Programs and Planning: Lead the planning, development, and execution of internal and external communications plans, presentations, and key messages for new initiatives and programs.
Strategic Counsel: Collaborate with project teams and business partners to ensure communications are impactful and align with business objectives.
Project Management: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver communications programs on time and as required.
Written Communications: Develop written communications for a variety of audiences by researching, interviewing, writing, editing, and distributing content.
Communications Channels: Support and develop communications for various formal and informal channels, as appropriate.
Measurement: Monitor, track, and capture key metrics for communications programs and initiatives on an ongoing basis to help measure impact and benchmark success.
Continuous Improvement: Generate new ideas and contribute to the continuous improvement of communications programs and processes.

You have:
- 5+ years of communications experience
- University degree and/or post-graduate certificate in an accredited public relations, communications, marketing, or journalism designation or extensive related business experience in a senior communications or marketing communications role
- Proven success in strategic use of communications to positively impact corporate culture with consistent execution across a diverse team
- Analytical ability to produce performance reports and track the success of communications activities
Great-to-have
- Knowledge of Google Workspace, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Monday.com, Adobe Campaign, content management systems (CMS)
