Our Content Community includes Content Strategists, Content Managers and Content Writers who all play a key role in creating simple and engaging digital experiences for our customers.
- They work hand in hand with our UX designers, product managers and developers to identify clear solutions to complex problems
- They’re experienced content professionals – responsible for using data, customer insights and best practices to develop strategies and content that connect project and business goals to customer needs
- Their ability to communicate content value, strategy, and requirements to business partners and team members from a customer centric perspective is core to their success
- To help you execute your role, you’ll lean on and be supported by our teams in Design, Development, Testing, Analytics, and Marketing

Technical skills
- Journey mapping
- Research requirement development
- On-page SEO
- Creation of content templates/decks
- Development of content hierarchies
- Familiarity with headless content management systems
- Understanding of content modelling concepts and content reuse principles to support efficient, scalable and personalized experiences
- Content research, competitive analysis, content auditing, usability testing, behavioral data, customer mental models and interpretation of digital analytics to inform recommendations
- Creation of clear, concise interface copy for a wide range of customer touchpoints
- Usage of content standards, best practices and guidelines to convey brand voice while shaping the product experience
- Development of strategic planning documentation
- Experience with omnichannel applications and content considerations for them
- Creation of measurement & optimization plans to assess the impact of content
Soft skills
- Advocate for customer centric content
- Adept at working in a highly-collaborative, lean, agile environment
- Someone who can gracefully give and receive feedback
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, an experienced writer and editor
- Contribute to our site governance and editorial standards across our products
