Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together
You’ll be responsible for directly interacting with TELUS Business customers via phone, email and instant messaging to address questions, resolve technical issues, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Typical activities, to this end, include:
- Diagnosing root causes and engaging the correct technical teams internally to resolve
- Delivering world class service by communicating with internal stakeholders on behalf of the customer, and/or ensuring an appropriate transfer to the responsible department when required
- Interacting with both internal and external customers in a multi-tiered environment
- Identifying customer requirements; initiate and/or update systems
- Informing customers of ongoing incidents and requests
- Communicating current network information and perform request & incident tracking

Qualifications

You are likely in a similar customer support role today, with many of the abilities and experience points below:
- You are known for your critical thinking, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- You have a proven capacity to quickly learn and share information with others
- You have a knack for time management and prioritizing work activities
- People who know you would swear you have a high degree of accuracy and pay a lot of attention to detail
- You effectively manage sales hygiene through CRM (Salesforce), such as pipeline/funnel management, and are constantly and proactively engaged with quoting through the fulfillment process
- You are known to accurately forecast sales via short, medium and long term views
Great to haves:
- Bilingual (English and French) is always appreciated; other languages and cultural understandings, as well
- Experience supporting or selling physical security products and services
