Join TELUS Health Employer Canada's enablement team and lead the transformation of how we use data and intelligence to drive business performance. As a Data Intelligence Lead, you'll partner with sales leaders and the broader enablement team to establish CRM best practices, automate reporting processes, and champion artificial intelligence adoption across our organization. Your work will simplify how our team accesses critical business insights—delivering accurate, real-time dashboards and self-serve capabilities that keep everyone aligned and informed. You'll drive process automation and AI enablement initiatives that reduce manual work and unlock new possibilities for strategic decision-making. This is an opportunity to shape how we leverage technology and data to accelerate sales performance, improve team efficiency, and create a culture of continuous learning and innovation in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

  • Establish and champion CRM best practices across the Employer Canada team, developing frameworks, documentation, and training that enable sales leaders and team members to leverage Salesforce effectively and consistently
  • Design and build intuitive dashboards and self-serve reporting capabilities that provide real-time visibility into key business metrics—including attainment, pipeline health, activity, and performance—enabling quick and accurate decision-making
  • Automate manual reporting processes and routine data tasks using process automation and AI tools, reducing administrative burden and freeing up time for strategic analysis and business enablement
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis specific to regional needs, translating complex data into actionable insights that support channel leadership strategy and drive informed business decisions
  • Champion artificial intelligence adoption and innovation, identifying opportunities to apply AI tools and techniques to enhance reporting, forecasting, and business operations while fostering a culture of continuous learning
  • Collaborate with sales leaders and the enablement team to identify data and reporting gaps, prioritize initiatives, and continuously improve our data infrastructure and self-serve capabilities.

Qualifications

What you bring

  • Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC), including configuration, customization, and optimization to support sales operations and reporting requirements
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling dashboards that drive business decisions
  • Demonstrated comfort with artificial intelligence tools and a genuine interest in continuous learning—staying current with emerging AI technologies and identifying opportunities to apply them to business challenges
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, CRM workflows, and how data flows through systems to support sales enablement and performance management
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills—able to work effectively with sales leaders, enablement teams, and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
