Join our team and what we'll accomplish together

At TELUS, we’re looking for bright people who like solving big problems. As part of the People & Culture (P&C) team, you tackle all kinds of challenges. We are not your standard HR team. We embrace discomfort and have fun doing it. We’re just as passionate about our team as we are about our customers and share an unyielding dedication to ensuring success for all.

Here’s what we believe

  • We are ONE team, collaborating across all teams within P&C
  • Everything we do is tied to the business, not dictated by rules or policies
  • We challenge the status quo, and when others think we’re done, we make it even better
  • We live up to our commitments, to ourselves, family, friends, peers, leaders and our customers
  • Our success is all about how we do things, how we think, solve problems, deliver, communicate, and more

Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together

As the Director of P&C Business Partner, you wear several hats: trusted advisor, consultant, coach, and a people leader to a small team of Human Resources (HR) professionals. You partner with leaders in our TELUS Health Solutions team to navigate through change, grow and develop their teams, and foster the culture that is tuned to create positive team member experiences and deliver incredible business outcomes.

You are a resilient, pragmatic, collaborative and humble leader with a great sense of humor. Your counsel is equal parts logic, analysis and strategy. Your passion to make a difference and how you do things will contribute to the success of our internal clients in creating better outcomes for our customers.
