Post Acquisition Integration (PAI)

 

The Post Acquisition Integration (PAI) team works collaboratively with stakeholders across TELUS Business Solutions and TELUS Health to deliver complex, cross functional projects including the successful integration of recently acquired companies. The PAI team is leading programs that are shaping the future of TELUS through the thoughtful integration of the products, people and processes across the organization. The TELUS Health Finance team is committed to being trusted, valued, and engaged business partners. The team works collaboratively across four business units to report financials and provide advise and guidance on risks and opportunities, critical business decisions and TELUS Health strategy.

As the Executive Assistant for two Vice Presidents, your mandate will involve artfully and thoughtfully managing numerous programs and activities with a high level of professionalism, collaboration and confidentiality.

 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Vice Presidents, expertly managing their daily calendar, prioritizing appointments, and resolving scheduling conflicts
  • Coordinate and manage comprehensive administrative tasks, including calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, expense management and email requests
  • Gather, organize, and prepare essential information, materials, and resources for meetings and events (including logistics and room bookings), ensuring readiness and efficiency
  • Proactively monitor follow-up activities, action items and meeting materials to ensure timely completion and preparation
  • Manage requests related to hiring, onboarding, offboarding and team member changes, acting as the Vice President's delegate in various systems
  • Follow up diligently on deadlines and commitments to and from executives, ensuring timely fulfillment
  • Manage email distribution lists and disseminate official communications on behalf of the Vice Presidents
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for ongoing programs, such as recognition and training initiatives
  • Manage org charts for the global team and facilitate translation of communications and other materials
  • Act as a brand ambassador for TELUS, consistently delivering a best-in-class experience for all stakeholders
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, supporting others and fostering a helpful work environment

 

 

Qualifications

 

What you bring:

 

  • You have 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives (VP level and above) in a corporate environment
  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • You are known for your interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally with all levels of stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • You are skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, including multiple calendar management, document and presentation creation/editing, complex spreadsheets and organized archiving
  • You thrive on prioritizing, multitasking and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision
  • You delight in managing travel, including booking, coordination and rapid adjustments
  • Your credibility is renowned, along with judgment, discretion and confidentiality
  • You have a knack for taking initiative, anticipating needs and offering solutions
  • You are known for being adaptable, agile and remaining calm and poised in the face of change or ambiguity

Salary Range:  $73,000-$109,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  10%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
