What you’ll do
As the Head of Managed Services, you’ll lead the design and evolution of managed services products tailored to the complex needs of Canadian businesses. This means that your
ideas and expertise will be the catalyst behind creating a cohesive, end-to-end experience for our customers.
In order to do this you will:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and profitability in the managed services portfolio including leading the product roadmap, working with several product management teams to drive a cohesive roadmap and services frameworks across portfolios such as Cyber Security, Managed networks, Managed Collaboration, IoT, Intelligent spaces and many others.
- Build the strategy and be accountable for incubation to scale, foster continuous improvement, drive investments and benefits ensuring we deliver exceptional value.
- Oversee the creation and enhancement of superior service experiences for our clients
- Guide the evolution of our service delivery models to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Spearhead initiatives to expand our market presence and drive our growth agenda, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the team.
- Build a talented team by attracting, developing, and nurturing exceptional individuals.
- Collaborate with renowned technology innovators to foster a customer-centric culture committed to delivering outstanding products and achieving remarkable business success.

- Deep understanding of the Canadian business landscape and its technological needs

- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
