The Kroll Pharmacy Learning Specialist team is small but mighty, supporting almost 5000 pharmacy customers across Canada with new implementations, conversion & data migration projects, module activations, and all scopes of training. We are a tight-knit group of professionals with a focus on efficiency and positive customer experiences. Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together
As a Learning Specialist, you will use your technical expertise to work with new and existing pharmacy customers during their period of transition onto a TELUS pharmacy software solution and provide robust support and training. You will work with minimal supervision and guidance and use your strong analytical and communication skills and attention to detail to ensure pharmacy professionals are effectively and efficiently trained, contributing to positive health outcomes for patients across the country.
Here's how
- Use in-depth knowledge on settings, configurations, add-on modules, and pricing to ensure stores are maximizing the efficiency of their pharmacy application
- Maintain organized, detailed documentation for training assignments, and submit required paperwork on time
- Deliver training events and learning solutions using all mediums including onsite, e-learning, virtual facilitation, and blended
- Travel across Canada to provide onsite training and project support, ensuring appropriate travel arrangements to allow for prompt scheduled arrival at pharmacies
- Contribute to and maintain training materials to ensure documentation is current and relevant given market changes and evolution
- Identify and escalate issues quickly through appropriate channels

- Experience working in a pharmacy environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Demonstrates a focus on the best interest of the customer and delivering exceptions customer experiences
- Has a valid driver's licence, has unlimited access to a vehicle, and can legally rent a car in all provinces and territories
Great-to-haves
- Bilingual (English and French)
- A demonstrated knowledge in troubleshooting Kroll software issues
- Experience in adult education or in designing training programs
- Experience working with other pharmacy solutions or tools
- Familiarity with Salesforce
