The Products team is part of the Content Strategy & Business Development at TELUS. We are an innovative, results oriented, customer centric organization that lets you jump right in and take on our most challenging projects. We are responsible for supporting the strategy, roadmapping, development and delivery of cross functional products & services. In this specific role, you will be responsible for executing and delivering Telus Rewards product.
Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together! Expand the national Telus Rewards product by integrating with 3rd party partners which could be strategic partners or transactional partnerships.

- Technical Literacy: Ability to discuss API integrations, data schemas, and cloud architecture dependencies comfortably with engineers
- Stakeholder Influence: Proven track record of managing high-value partnerships and presenting complex technical products to non-technical audiences
- Responsible for the business model, revenue streams, and/or direct financial implications for the individual partnerships
- Able to answer most partner inquiries and effectively present the product to partners or stakeholders
- Address product challenges and find innovative solutions by combining product, business, and/or user insights
- Track, analyze and share the details of portfolio performance through various reporting tools
- Write clear specifications for features, effectively thinking through and specifying complex functionality
- Be able to describe high level product architecture and component dependencies of any platform that the candidate is familiar with,
- Analyze the integration model which could be deep integration or simple segmentation of TELUS and 3rd party data from a partner
- Cleanroom Expertise: Strong proficiency in leveraging Data Cleanrooms for data segmentation, with a focus on managing Ingress/Egress protocols for 3rd party data sets
- Analytical Rigor: Ability to synthesize product, business, and user insights to solve "impossible" challenges in a privacy-first environment
- Strong understanding of how to leverage cleanroom for data segmentation (ingress, egress) leveraging partner data is an advantage
