What you’ll do
As a L3 Visual Designer, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality creative for Go-To-Market campaigns and initiatives. You’ll help translate strategy into compelling, on-brand visual executions that connect with customers and drive results.
- Design visually engaging assets across digital and marketing channels
- Execute campaign creative that clearly communicates value and supports product launches and promotions
- Develop assets that are timely, effective, and optimized for performance
- Apply TELUS brand guidelines consistently while contributing to evolving visual standards
- Partner closely with other designers, content writers, product managers, and content managers to deliver frictionless, customer-first experiences.
- Balance speed and quality, delivering strong creative within tight timelines
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, performance insights, and testing
- Stay up to date with design and marketing trends, bringing fresh, forward-thinking ideas into campaign work
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
Qualifications
What you bring
- 4+ years of experience in visual design, preferably in marketing or campaign environments
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality visual design across digital channels
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour, and brand systems
- Ability to work within established guidelines while bringing creativity and attention to detail
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
Nice to have
- Familiarity with performance-driven creative and A/B testing
- Motion or animation skills
- Experience using AI tools to support concepting, asset generation, or workflow efficiency
- Understanding of accessibility best practices in visual design
