You will also work closely with our internal, partner teams, and external vendors, to identify new innovative opportunities that optimize existing functionality and drive operational efficiencies. Collectively, the passion and energy we have will enable us to transform highly complex technologies into great, automated experiences for our team members, internal and external customers.

Here’s how

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (meetings, stand-ups, refinements, sprint planning, demos, retros) and lead collaboration to remove impediments between cross functional teams
  • Manage scrum-of-scrums for multi-team projects in order to work across our partner teams to enable agile work styles
  • Record, track and monitor timelines and track the team’s delivery (performance) as well as set up and maintain tools (configure and update JIRA etc.) and report on team performance metrics
  • You’ll constantly be looking for ways to optimize team delivery flow, whilst providing an outside-in view to help the team evolve and do so by demonstrating passion to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
