Our Eastern Canada Customer Service Delivery Sales team is an impact focused, fast-moving and highly engaged team transforming sales operations and execution in the Consumer sales space. Within this team, we aim to increase our Sales organizations ability to execute in-market through the standardization and delivery of national sales training and customer facing programs. Directly speaking, we strive to "make it real" by scaling strategies and tactics that are valuable to the seller, built for the seller and developed with the seller. In this role you will focus on the execution, standardization and delivery of key sales development and training strategies to ultimately accelerate our sales team ability to deliver outstanding outcomes for our customers.
What you’ll do
- Collaborator & Relationship Builder: You will partner with and influence cross-functional teams and vendors, helping reach consensus through thoughtful facilitation and discussion
- Project Manager: You will develop plans, prioritize competing asks, while keeping others on task, ensuring deadlines are met and risks mitigated
- People Leader: You will motivate, coach and support a small team of learning professionals to execute on the strategy and plans you develop in partnership with the business
- Compelling Communicator: You communicate in a clear, concise and influential manner, are a compelling storytelling with excellent presentation, speaking, writing and editing skills
- Organizer: You have excellent organizational skills, always thinking one or two steps ahead to ensure deadlines are met

Qualifications
What you bring
- Intermediate financial acumen with demonstrated business casing capability
- Ability to assess revenue, margin, and cost trade-offs within product and pricing decisions
- Analytical capability with experience leveraging performance and market data
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence skills
- Excellent communication and executive presentation capability
- University degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in product management, go-to-market strategy, or sales leadership
- Previous sales channel experience and familiarity with TELUS Future Friendly Home (FFH), SmartHome Security (SHS), and Mobility portfolios considered an asset
- This role requires up to 70% travel, which includes overnight stays to various locations across Ontario, Saskatchewan, and Nova Scotia
Great-to-haves
- 5 years extensive hands-on experience in learning strategy, design, development and delivery within the Telecom industry
- Expertise in conducting learning needs assessments and discovery sessions
- Experience in designing and developing a variety of learning solutions
- Ability to lead and engage a team of adult learning professionals
- Excellent time management skills with an ability to effectively prioritize and manage activities with varying complexity with minimal supervision
