TELUS Health MyPet is a mobile app and service that lets you see a vet or veterinary technician from your phone revolutionizing how dogs and cats get the care they need. TELUS Health MyPet Store is a website where pet owners can purchase vet recommended diets, treats, supplements and toys.
Job Description
We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive engagement, expansion, and retention of our Canadian user base through strategic multi-channel communications. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Braze.
Reporting to the Manager of Lifecycle Marketing, you'll execute and optimize our marketing and transactional communications across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, web, and SMS. You're energized by strong user engagement, think holistically about the end-to-end customer journey, and leverage data and technology to continuously test and improve performance.
You thrive in fast-paced, startup-like environments and excel at delivering the right message, to the right person, at the right time, through the right channel. You're hands-on, love working directly in CRM platforms to build and optimize sophisticated campaigns, and are passionate about improving access to care—pets included.
What you'll do:
- Own the end-to-end execution for MyCare and MyPet lifecycle marketing strategies across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app communications and web communications to our e-commerce store
- Develop smart triggers, audience segments and audience journeys to deliver personalized messages across care moments or key purchase moments for humans and pets alike
- Drive revenue for our e-commerce site measuring metrics like abandon cart conversion, average cart size
- Build and maintain a roadmap of A/B tests across lifecycle touchpoints to identify which message is the most effective
- Collaborate with product, engineering, clinical teams and 3rd party partners
- Partner with our data team to analyze lifecycle performance and uncover opportunities for improvement
Qualifications
You’re the missing piece of the puzzle
You are likely in a similar marketing role today, with many of the following abilities and experience points:
- You bring experience in B2C app marketing or e-commerce marketing and have used enterprise level CRM system tools. Experience with Braze is a decided asset
- You are experience in digital marketing with 2 or more years of working in CRM with a focus on email, in-app notification, push notification and SMS channels
- You are a noted SME in audience engagement and best practices for email, push notifications, in-app notifications and SMS
- You have been involved in quality assurance processes
- You are proficient in HTML for structuring email content and are an experienced user of Liquid Logic and JSON Editor
- You bring knowledge of user data handling and preferences for personalized email campaigns.
- You have an understanding of CASL requirements
