Our team and what we’ll accomplish together:
TELUS Health Care Centre is looking for a full time Clinic Manager to support our Bay Street Clinic Care Center. Within this role the Clinic Manager will play a key role in our team environment; primarily accountable and responsible for the entire day to day clinic operations. You’ll help us to evolve by bringing forward ideas that will help us improve efficiency and service delivery for our patients. Establishing a positive, healthy and safe work environment that exudes a passion for wellness and a genuine desire to help others.
Here’s how:
• Planning, leading and managing day to day clinic operations
• Monitor revenue and budget forecasting
• Oversees and leads the team providing coaching, development and mentorship
• Performance management responsibilities including motivating leaders to achieve objectives, conducting performance appraisals for managers
• Maintains client services quality assurance (QA), ensuring the THCC standard of service is consistently delivered by monitoring reception, appointment booking, referral processes, correspondence, timely client communications & client survey satisfaction
• Confirming delivery of quality medical care and unparalleled standards of client satisfaction; leading team members effectively; and co-developing and implementing health programs
• Leading the development and implementation of clinical programs using strong collaboration skills and creating team “buy in”
• Supporting the vision, mission, values and strategic objectives of the company through open and transparent communications
What you bring:
• Five (5) plus years of progressive leadership/management experience (relevant experience in healthcare, private clinics, hospitality or other pertinent service industry preferred);
• Experience in project management and program implementation care is preferred;
• Proven leadership skills including: team building, results driven, accountability dexterity, and the strength and aptitude to empower others;
• Responsible and committed to customer satisfaction and quality assurance
• Experience with EMR an asset
• Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication competence
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or Health Sciences. Relevant graduate degrees are an asset.
