The EPP Mobility Marketing team is dynamic, driven, fast-paced, and highly engaged. Together, the team is responsible for driving profitable growth through the fastest growing segments of the TELUS mobility business. Our team has direct responsibility, or supporting leadership, for all ‘4 Ps’ of the marketing mix to drive our business objectives.

Here’s what we will accomplish together:


In this role you will be responsible for leading the team tasked with driving category momentum through the curation of our customers. This starts with the acquisition of the customer and ensures a compelling value prop through their TELUS journey, adding value along the way while ensuring they stay happy TELUS customers. You and your team will realize this through dynamic pricing and value proposition for prospective customers, sound decision making in a hyper-competitive market and optimization of our investments to drive the best outcomes


Here’s how:


  • Focus on tactical customer acquisition to meet business objectives using 4Ps to do so
  • Develop product based value props that ensure customer happiness and promote the healthy growth of the base
  • Drive our growth strategy while realizing savings through cost takeout, reinvestment and the development of channel optimization programs 
  • Leverage and inform the continuous improvements of the customer oriented tools that drive competitive advantages and ultimately growth within the category

  • Develop and create compelling narratives from peers up to executives
  • Disciplined execution, ensuring quality of deliverables across a number of varied tasks and responsibilities

  • A people first leader, focused on coaching and developing team members to drive better business outcomes



  • Working experience in marketing, B2B or B2B2C  with multi-channel application 
  • Wireless telecommunications and/or technology-based industry experience is an asset
  • Working as a team on projects comprised of a wide range of integrated marketing activities
