Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together 

As Manager, Home Solutions (Digital Experience), you will help define and deliver best in class experiences for our customers. You'll create digital products that enhance the digital commerce experiences for Internet, TV, Home Phone, Home Security Services, Online Security and/or Consumer Health products to help simplify the lives of our customers. Working to meet the needs of our customers, stakeholders and the broader Digital team, you will be tasked with owning the digital strategy and delivery of products within your portfolio.

Reporting to the Director of the Home Solutions team, you will work closely with your peers within the portfolio to drive the strategy and evolution of the digital customer experience to meet our digitization goals. You will also build and support a highly engaged, performant team, and act as a mentor and coach to help build a strong and enduring culture at TELUS.

  • Leading a diverse team
    • Lead the strategy and product delivery team to support the outcomes for our customers, team members and business
    • Hire, inspire and support team members to drive high performance and team engagement through 1:1 coaching, professional development, goal setting and performance management
    • Guide the team on where to focus effort, help prioritize initiatives, remove inefficiencies and barriers thereby enabling them to deliver value
    • Ensure team members are empowered and enabled to achieve the desired outcomes through providing the required tools, processes, and training
  • Strategy & Delivery
    • Collaborate with TELUS stakeholder groups to build a digital roadmap for Home Solutions eCommerce applications and execute on delivering digital experiences that generate business value while reducing customer effort
    • Support and continuously evolve our practice to scale our operation
    • Collaborate with partners to ensure consideration and advocacy for the long term vision of eCommerce product strategy
    • Partner with digital platform, digital sales, and product marketing teams on cross-cutting
    • initiatives and programs
  • Ambassador of digital adoption and engagement opportunities
    • Build relationships and networks across multiple internal teams and stakeholders to help deliver on digital user experiences
    • Identify opportunities for scalable and reusable capabilities while leveraging data to drive continued improvements and enhancements

  • Ability to influence a broad spectrum of stakeholders to gain alignment on product vision and roadmap 
  • Regarded as an excellent communicator - able to communicate complex ideas and concepts to a variety of audiences including senior leaders in a clear, simple, easy to understand manner
  • Noted as an exceptional problem solver; anticipate and assess risks, craft contingency plans and manage change in a complex environment
  • Expert with concepts related to product management, software delivery, and Agile methodologies



  • 6+ years of product ownership/management experience, and/or leadership experience ideally in digital/web technology
  • Strong focus on delivery, but also commercially minded 
  • Familiarity with TELUS Home Solutions products
  • Experience with performance measurement of people
  • Skilled at budget planning & management
  • Loves building and leading teams 
  • Strong stakeholder management with the ability to traverse complex stakeholder landscape, manage conflicting priorities, and structure ambiguous asks
  • Experience using Agile project/task management tools (e.g. JIRA) and experience leveraging them to support digital acceleration and change initiatives within a business
