Description
This is an exciting role within our Consumer Mobility Integrated Acquisition + Channel Marketing team, spearheading our integrated marketing strategy across marketing, cross-functional business units, and channels. This team is responsible for driving ‘4-P’ marketing strategy from product/campaign all the way through execution across our sales channels with a big focus on mass acquisition events. You will be a central player in creating our Mobility go-to market plan and messaging hierarchy to ensure we deliver with purpose, context, accuracy and excellence.
As the ideal candidate, you are a self-starter, with a positive, get-it-done attitude with exceptional attention to detail and project management skills. In this role, you will also lead the evolution of our quarterly planning and channel prioritization playbook across key strategic marketing programs and interlock across TELUS Consumer Solutions.
What you’ll do
- Create and execute quarterly marketing plans for TELUS' multi-brand mobility channels
- Orchestrate and lead 4P marketing strategies for mass acquisition events like Black Friday and Back to School
- End-to-end coordination + orchestration of mass ATL and BTL strategies, special portfolios requiring rapid-fire 4P marketing execution
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to align messaging and priorities across departments.
- Lead a high performance team of marketers focused on balancing business and marketing needs, channels, product and cross-functional priorities.
- Develop and improve go-to-market processes and playbooks across TELUS Consumer Solutions
- Build strong relationships with a broad audience of stakeholders to align on national bundle strategies, cross-channel messaging priorities and negotiate trade-offs
- Implement and analyze new messaging strategies to drive continuous improvement in effectiveness of integrated marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversion
- Advocate for marketing and sales channels in strategic planning to optimize programs and results across all products, regions, and business priorities

Qualifications
- Ability to develop strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders with a demonstrated ability to initiate, influence and sell marketing initiatives or concepts
- Proven ability in managing multiple projects and distilling complex concepts into meaningful simplified go-to-market strategies
- Strong communication skills, able to explain complex ideas simply and influence team members at all levels of the organization
- Ability to develop an inspiring culture of collaboration and partnership with cross-functional teams, overcoming resistance and motivating people to take action
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with clear & concise storytelling
- Attention to detail with structured approach to problem solving, and managing long list of competing priorities
- Motivated and action-oriented drive, accountable to the business, and adaptable with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and programs efficiently
Great-to-haves
- Understanding of the Consumer Mobility and Home Solutions business
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Marketing, Strategy or Product
- Leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent industry experience
