Description

Lead and elevate a high performing team to even greater heights

Our team and what we’ll accomplish together

The Prepaid Marketing team manages the end-to-end portfolio for three distinct national brands: TELUS, Koodo and Public Mobile. Our core mission is to drive profitable subscriber growth, achieved through a combination of thoughtful strategic planning and flawless execution. Our efforts are primarily focused on two areas: Customer Acquisition, where we attract new subscribers by refining each brand’s unique value proposition and optimizing the pricing suite; and Customer Retention, where we build loyalty by enhancing the value and overall experience for our existing base. We operate as a highly collaborative unit, prioritizing creative thinking, innovation and a strong bias for action. This approach is fundamental to delivering measurable business impact and meaningful customer value.

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented leader for the Manager, Mobility Growth Marketing role to accelerate our customer growth. This key position will hold P&L accountability and be responsible for delivering volume growth in new subscribers and driving revenue accretion across all three brands.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of marketing, product, and operational professionals, fostering a collaborative culture that drives accountability and innovation across the Prepaid Marketing function
  • Develop and execute national marketing strategies across multiple channels—including physical retail, digital retail, and partner channels, to drive customer acquisition, activation, and revenue growth
  • Collaborate and partner closely with Brand, Marketing Communications, Product, Finance, and Channel Sales teams to deliver on business priorities
  • Own the P&L by forecasting growth outcomes, tracking KPIs, and reporting performance to leadership, while providing data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing plans and maximize ROI
  • Own annual and quarterly strategic planning cycles, translating market insights and competitive dynamics into actionable growth initiatives that position all three brands for success
  • Drive go-to-market execution for acquisition and growth-related launches, ensuring seamless coordination across functions and rapid deployment of new marketing programs
  • Optimize and scale marketing acquisition programs—including partnerships, referral programs, and 1:1 campaigns, with a strong emphasis on experimentation, learning, and rapid iteration to identify winning strategies
  • Own pricing strategy by evaluating and connecting market dynamics, pricing sensitivities, and business priorities to develop and implement proactive and reactive pricing decisions that balance growth and profitability
  • Build robust business cases for strategic investments, grounded in strong financial analysis and market insights, to secure stakeholder alignment and funding for high-impact initiatives
