We are searching for a Manager of Pricing & Acquisition for Small-Medium Businesses (SMB). In this role, you will have direct responsibility for all ‘4 Ps’ of the marketing mix to drive business outcomes.

You and your team are at the forefront of our strategy, responsible for acquiring new customers, maintaining in-market product pricing, responding to competitive dynamics, and growing the SMB segment. As a leader, you will be responsible for developing your team and encouraging a performance-based culture rooted in curiosity. 


Here’s how


  • Define the strategy for delivering against our ambitious growth targets, resolve challenges, and deliver results in alignment with TELUS priorities
  • Maintain competitive in-market pricing for our core mobility business products (mobile phones, tablets, smart watches, fleet services, etc.)  
  • Identify ways to improve our products and drive differentiation in collaboration with stakeholders across our business
  • Build and maintain a team culture that leverages data-driven insights for continuous improve, celebrate wins together, and socialize learnings for future success 
  • Serve as a key thought leader in the TELUS Business leadership team
