The Small-Medium Business (SMB) team is a dynamic, driven, fast-paced, and highly engaged group. The SMB Acquisition team is searching for a driven, high-energy and results-oriented individual to take the helm of our SMB Acquisition & Devices Strategy team.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will drive the acquisition of new small and medium-sized business clients through strategic pricing models and device offerings.
You'll be at the forefront of market analysis and strategic planning, ensuring our acquisition tactics align with the evolving needs of the SMB sector and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Develop and execute innovative pricing strategies and device offers that attract and retain SMB clients.
- Lead strategic initiatives focused on market expansion and customer acquisition through compelling rate plans and device portfolios.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align acquisition strategies with overall business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market and competitive analyses to inform strategic decisions and maintain competitive advantage.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of device strategy from selection to promotion, ensuring alignment with acquisition targets.
- Drive cross-functional projects that enhance customer value proposition and improve acquisition efficiency.
- Report regularly on the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives, adjusting plans as needed to meet business goals.
Qualifications
What you bring
- Strong background in strategic pricing, device management, and customer acquisition, particularly within the SMB sector.
- Proven analytical skills with a robust capability to analyze market data and trends to develop effective strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
- Experience in managing stakeholder relations across multiple organizational levels.
- Agile and adaptable to rapid changes in the market environment.
