The Revenue Operations & Pricing team at TELUS Health is a dynamic, data-driven, and highly collaborative group. We are searching for a Manager, Sales Targeting & Reporting to play a key role in enabling our sales teams to effectively set sales targets and make data-driven decisions. In this position, you will be responsible for the development, execution and management of the sales team’s quotas, as well as the creation of insightful sales reports that guide decision-making and performance optimization.

 

What you’ll do

 

As the Manager, Sales Targeting & Reporting, you will be responsible for the following critical functions:

 

  • Sales Targets: Develop the annual sales targets for each Account Executive based on tenure, region and revenue growth objectives
  • Reporting & Analytics: Create and manage regular sales performance reports and dashboards to provide visibility into sales activities, progress, and outcomes. Ensure that key stakeholders receive actionable insights to drive performance and adjust strategies as needed
  • Data-driven decision-making: Leverage data and analytics to help sales teams understand key drivers of performance, identify areas of opportunity, and optimize the sales process. Collaborate with senior leadership to refine targets, quotas, and KPIs based on data insights
  • Sales Enablement: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment between sales targeting efforts and go-to-market strategies. Provide training and support to help sales teams utilize targeting tools and reports effectively
  • Process Improvement: Continuously enhance sales reporting systems and tools, ensuring that data is accurate, timely, and relevant. Explore new technologies, tools or processes that can improve targeting and reporting capabilities

 

Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations & Pricing, the candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Enablement, to drive business growth and performance.

 

 

Qualifications

 

What you bring

 

  • You have a proven track record in sales operations, targeting, and reporting, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector
  • You possess strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions
  • You have experience with sales performance tools and CRM systems, and you are adept at creating reports and dashboards that align with business goals
  • You are an excellent communicator, capable of presenting data and insights in a clear, compelling manner to various stakeholders
  • You are results-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • You have strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives

 

Great-to-haves:

 

  • Undergraduate degree in business or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales reporting, or a similar role
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or with B2B technology solutions
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. SalesForce), data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI), and sales performance software
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in sales analytics

Salary Range:  $100,000-$150,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  20%
