We’re looking for a leader who is passionate about all things Go-to-Market. The challenge - manage our strategy and execution for all national acquisition and renewal pricing communications, lead marketing programs for key selling periods, drive our channel GTM approach for product launches, and continue our evolution to make it easier for our diverse sales channels to sell.

The successful candidate will lead our Channel Marketing GTM team and partner with Product, Pricing, Marketing, Digital, and Sales Channel stakeholders. Together, we develop, execute, and refine both day to day communications and longer term integrated GTM strategies. Success means that we’ve made it easy for our sales reps to understand and communicate the value that our products provide, and have a clear and simple approach to selling what is best for TELUS and our customers. This work is crucial to hitting our sales and revenue objectives, which can only be accomplished when all channels - ranging from dedicated SMB reps to part time retail team members - are successful.
As a leader, you will be responsible for proactively supporting and coaching a team of seasoned and new team members while nurturing a performance-based culture rooted in teamwork, curiosity and collaboration.
Here’s how
- Manage the team, our stakeholder group, and our GTM processes to achieve speed, impact, and accuracy for a high volume of comm requests. Simple and compelling messaging to our channels is crucial to make sense of complicated pricing structures
- Lead marketing GTM for product launches and updates, including geographical expansion, iconic device launches, platform upgrades, and more. Working with our product and pricing teams to clearly define and articulate value propositions that are business-owner centric is critical to our success
- Establish core teams and project plans for integrated marketing programs, like Small Business Month and Black Friday
- Develop and execute on strategies, working closely with our channel partners, to increase SMB mindshare (% of SMB transactions versus other TELUS brands) in retail channels
- Support digital merchandising updates and optimizations, ensuring that telus.com/business is showcasing our best offers in a compelling manner
- Drive the continued evolution of our GTM approach, including our processes, sales aids, tools and platforms, and how we measure success. We need to continually strive to get better in order to remain competitive in the market
- Stay close to channel performance data, using it to identify short term and long term opportunities

Qualifications
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience in go-to-market, channel marketing, sales enablement, or a similar role focused on GTM strategy and execution.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders, including internal product, marketing teams, and sales teams
- Strong ability to cut to the core message, simplify, and create structure - helping navigate a fast paced and sometimes complex pricing and channel environment
- Exceptional communication skills —both written and verbal—with the ability to educate and influence stakeholders at various levels
- Experience in directly supporting and coaching team members - with a passion for driving engagement and building an inclusive environment.
- You have a strong attention to detail helping ensure day to day accuracy, but can also zoom out to see the bigger picture to help develop more transformational change
- You expertly manage multiple priorities at one time and are able to prioritize request from different business stakeholders in order to achieve the desired outcomes for the business
- Experience working in fast paced, continually changing environments while managing team resources and keeping a high level of team engagement
