Our team and what we’ll accomplish together
Joining the Digital Sales Strategy & Operations team, you will lead the team in driving digital forecasting evolution, fulfillment operations program strategy, cross-functional interlock, and financial planning/management. You will report to the Director, Digital Sales Strategy & Operations, join a leadership team of 4, and lead a small high-performing team.
Here’s how
- Ecommerce Sales Forecasting: Establish eCommerce sales performance center of excellence, with ownership over TELUS and Koodo sales forecast modelling, tracking against key performance metrics, and performance updates to Senior Leadership
- Analytical Prowess: Develop scenario-based analyses and strategic recommendations to eCommerce strategy managers. Analyze market shifts, and assess impacts to portfolio opportunities and risks
- Operational Excellence: Own the program strategy for TELUS & Koodo ecommerce fulfillment, identifying areas for process improvement, and implementing changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness
- Financial Management: Deliver against our eCommerce financial budgets, including proactive identification of optimization opportunities, business case development, and strong cross-functional partnership on the product roadmap
- Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders, to ensure alignment and collaboration across eCommerce performance and fulfillment outcomes
- Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team with focus on establishing an innovative, collaborative, analytical culture rooted in a growth mindset
Qualifications
What you bring
- 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a digital sales and marketing environment
- Expert understanding of predictive financial modelling, planning, and statistical forecasting techniques
- Strong strategic thinker who is able to analyze complex data sets, provide actionable insights, and communicate clearly and concisely to all levels of management
- Exceptional collaborator who is able to navigate complex organizational dynamics, and use influencing and negotiating skills to create desired outcomes
- A proven leader with a track record of creating a dynamic team, who thrive in ambiguity, love to solve problems, and raise the bar in their roles
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Consulting, strategy or finance backgrounds would be highly valued
- Bachelor's degree or similar post-secondary degree, MBA is an asset
