Our Team and What We'll Accomplish Together
Join our Marketing team to orchestrate omni-channel strategies that activate local markets and bring communities to life. You'll be the strategic connector—aligning teams, channels, and resources to drive exceptional Go-To-Market performance.
What You'll Do
Strategy & Playbook Development
- Design comprehensive omni-channel community strategies and enablement programs
- Create playbooks that optimize performance across all channels (technicians, retail, D2D, influencers)
- Identify the right channels and timing for maximum market impact
Local Activation & Events
- Build and manage community event calendars with clear prioritization
- Coordinate multi-community events and drive continuous improvement through analysis
- Create scalable processes for activation and measurement
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Align marketing, sales, operations, and partner teams around unified community strategies
- Break down silos and facilitate seamless execution across the organization
- Manage Marketing Development Fund (MDF) deployment
Enablement & Assets
- Develop training programs and maintain cadence across all channels
- Coordinate marketing assets, campaigns, social playbooks, and collateral
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across the ecosystem
Team Development
- Drive high performance through engagement and recognition programs
- Manage complex projects and prioritize initiatives effectively
Qualifications
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, channel enablement, or community engagement
- 2+ years of people leadership experience
- Proven track record of developing and executing omni-channel marketing strategies
- Strong experience in channel enablement, training program development, and playbook creation
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex event calendars and local activation programs
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Experience coordinating with multiple teams and managing competing priorities
- Strong project management capabilities with ability to juggle multiple initiatives
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Creative problem-solver with strategic thinking abilities
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and asset management systems
- Experience with social media strategy and content development
Great-to-haves
- MBA or Master's degree in Marketing or related field
- Experience in telecommunications or technology industry
- Background in retail, direct sales, or field marketing
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and social selling strategies
- Experience managing Marketing Development Funds (MDF)
- Familiarity with Go-To-Market strategy and execution
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and training platforms
- Bilingual (English/French) capabilities
- Event management certification or experience
